If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping center.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
